So impressed with this service. I normally would never order an expensive pair of shoes without trying them on but as this service was offered thought I'd give it a go. The shoes I ordered were too big, just had to initiate return online, print label, take to post office and then about a week later the perfectly fitting shoes arrived. Very easy and convenient.

One of the Shoes had scratches all over the front , it was stretched and creased like it had been worn before.
I emailed immediately and attached photos to my email.
I also had stated I was hugely disappointed as I could not return as I needed them as were going away .
I received a response telling me to send email with photos which was what the first email was about , it was like it was automatic response.
I have received no acknowledgment of what actually occurred.
Very disappointed as for me they were expensive shoes which I’m still paying for through Afterpay .

Firstly, our sincere apologies for the run-around you've had to endure. We pride ourselves on the efficiency of our Customer Service. We can see how this has happened as it's a bit of an unusual case. But to get our wires crossed like this definitely falls outside of the way we like to do things.
Given the circumstances with you not having the time to be able to return these ones for a free exchange, we've managed to secure store credit for the full amount you paid for the shoes. You're also more than welcome to keep the ones you've got now. We hope this resolves this issue adequately. I'll go ahead and brief Natalee (the Comfort Concierge you were talking to) to get the wheels in motion for this now.
Most importantly, we hope that the disappointment in these shoes in no way effects how much fun you have on your holiday! We're certain that once you're on the beach, cocktail in hand (I'm making a lot of assumptions about your holiday, but still) that the big smile on your face is more than enough to distract from the scratch on your sandals.

Very comfortable, good for high arches and bunions, non slip, can be worn comfortably all day, will buy again, true to size fit, good support around the back of the ankle and heel, doesn't rub or cause blisters, will purchase again, perfect for workers who are on their feet all day.
Love Bella toe post sandals but find it harder to buy the size 6 I need.
Have to settle for a colour that I don’t really want as sold out in what I want.

Shoes are great but they do have a line creased diagonally across the right shoe. Annoying that this wasn’t picked up by the person shipping it.

This is the first time I have ever ordered shoes online. Have a pair of Scholl shoes that I currently wear & wanted another the same but were no longer available. Ordered these hoping they would be ok. Not disappointed . Perfect fit & comfort as I hoped.
Great return process ..loved the boots but my feet didn’t ..I opted to pay for a return ..the return label was sent to me and within 3 days the refund was done ..thanks so much
Hi Liz, oh we HATE it when that happens! You definitely made the right choice though. Enduring shoes (especially boots) that don't fit because you love them can do you some real damage!

Loved the patterned one I bought so much, I bought a second version. Most comfortable, practical everyday carry bag I have had in 7 decades. The ergonomics makes it almost feel weightless. The organisation is just so handy and brilliantly thought out. More than enough space for everything plus water plus a jacket or whatever I need on a day out and about. Just swing it to the front for mind-boggling access to everything. Amazingly designed bag. Excellent construction, and washable! Service and communication also perfect.
